Hiroshima Tourism Association (hereinafter referred to as "HIT") (hereinafter referred to as the "HIT") has established this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information acquired by HIT in connection with the services operated by HIT (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
In handling personal information, HIT will comply with this Privacy Policy, the Hiroshima Prefecture Personal Information Protection Ordinance, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act"), guidelines and other guidelines concerning the protection of personal information, and other related laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.

HIT acquires personal information in the following ways

When a user directly provides personal information, such as by entering information when registering to use the Service.

When a user uses the Service, personal information is automatically recorded.

Methods in which personal information is provided indirectly by a third party, such as by the operator of a store or facility used by the user.

To contact those who wish to be appointed as "HIT Hiroshima Tourism Ambassadors" or those who have requested to be appointed as "HIT Hiroshima Tourism Ambassadors.

To provide and operate this service (including conducting identity verification)

To respond to inquiries from users.

To distribute notifications regarding new features, updates, campaigns, etc. of the Service that the User is using, as well as notifications regarding other services provided by HIT.

HIT will not provide personal information to any third party, except as permitted by applicable laws and regulations, or unless the consent of the individual to whom the information pertains has been obtained. However, HIT may provide personal information obtained from users to the Merchants in the form of statistics that do not identify individuals.

HIT will use personal information to the extent and for the period necessary to comply with laws and regulations or to achieve the purpose of use, but a User or his/her representative may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information that identifies the User to the extent required by laws and regulations, and notification of the purpose of use in accordance with the procedures specified by HIT. and notification of the purpose of use. If HIT deems it necessary to respond to a request from a User, HIT will respond to the request at a reasonable time, taking into consideration the status of HIT's business and other factors. This Privacy Policy shall be presented to users in the Japanese language version. Even if HIT presents a translated version of this Privacy Policy in English or any other language along with the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall apply to the rights and obligations between the User and HIT, and the translated version shall not have any effect on the interpretation of this Privacy Policy.

一般社団法人広島県観光連盟（以下「当法人」といいます。）は、当法人の運営するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）に関連して当法人が取得する個人情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを策定しております。
当法人は、個人情報を取り扱うにあたり、本プライバシーポリシー、広島県個人情報保護条例、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）、個人情報保護に関するガイドライン等の指針、及びその他個人情報保護に関する関係法令を遵守します。

当法人は、以下の方法で個人情報を取得します。

・本サービスの利用登録に際して情報入力いただく場合等、ユーザーから直接個人情報の提供を受ける方法

・ユーザーが本サービスを利用する際に、自動的に個人情報を記録する方法

・ユーザーが利用した店舗、施設等の運営事業者からの提供等、第三者から間接的にユーザーの個人情報の提供を受ける方法

(1)当法人は、本サービス利用者及び利用希望者から、以下の個人情報を取得することがあります。

・氏名及び住所

・ニックネーム及びパスワード

・電話番号

・当法人の運営サイトにおける行動履歴

・その他本サービス上において本人に対し別途取得する旨を明示する情報

(2)当法人は、本サービス上に別途明示する場合を除き、本サービスを通じてパスポート情報や健康データ、人種を特定するデータ等のセンシティブな個人データを収集することはありません。

当法人が個人情報を収集、利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。

・HITひろしま観光大使への就任を希望する方、又は希望した方に対する当該観光大使に係るご連絡のため

・本サービスの提供及び運営のため（本人確認の実施を含む。）

・ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの回答のため

・ユーザーが利用中のサービスの新機能、更新情報、キャンペーン等及び当法人が提供する他のサービスに係るお知らせの配信のため

・本サービスに係る加盟店（以下「本加盟店」といいます。）の商品、サービスに係るお知らせの配信のため

・本サービスの改善、及び当法人の新規サービスの開発のため

・メンテナンス、重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため

・本サービスに係る不正利用対策のため

・本サービス及び本加盟店のサービスのために必要な各種調査、分析及びマーケティングのため

・上記の利用目的に付随する目的

当法人は、関係法令により認められている場合、及び本人による同意を取得した場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。但し、当法人は、ユーザーから取得した個人情報を統計化し個人が特定されない形にしたうえで、統計情報を本加盟店に提供することがあります。

当法人は、法令遵守または利用目的の達成に必要な範囲及び期間において、個人情報を利用しますが、ユーザー本人または代理人は、当法人所定の手続きに従い、法令の定める範囲内においてユーザー本人が識別される個人情報の開示・内容の訂正、追加または削除・利用の停止または消去および利用目的の通知を求めることができます。なお、具体的な問合せ先は、「6.個人情報に関する問合せ先」をご確認ください。

当法人は、ユーザーからの請求を受けてその請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、当法人の業務状況等に鑑み合理的な時点において、請求に応じた対応を行うものとします。また、当法人は、請求に応じた対応を行った場合、または対応を行わない旨の決定をしたときは遅滞なく、これをユーザーに通知します。

なお、なりすまし等による不正な請求を防止するため、当法人では、請求時に本人確認書類の提出を求める等、合理的な方法で本人確認を行います。当法人は、当法人が定める本人確認に必要な項目が全て満たされる場合、当該請求をユーザー本人からの請求であるとみなし、請求に対応しますが、万一ユーザーの個人情報や本人確認書類を入手した当該ユーザー以外の第三者からの請求であった場合であっても、当該請求への対応によりユーザーに生じた損害について当法人は当法人の故意重過失または消費者契約法違反がない限り責任を負いません。ご自身の個人情報の管理には十分留意いただきますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

ユーザーから当法人への個人情報の提供は任意に行われるものですが、本サービスにおいてそれぞれ必要となる項目を入力いただかない場合、本サービスを受けられない場合があります。

本プライバシーポリシーは、日本語版によりユーザーに提示されるものとします。当法人が本プライバシーポリシーを日本語版に併せて英語又はその他の言語の翻訳版をユーザーに提示した場合であっても、ユーザーと当法人との間の権利義務関係には日本語版が適用されるものとし、翻訳版は本プライバシーポリシーの解釈上、何らの効力も生じないものとします。
